The Chazen Museum of Art features painting, sculpture, photography and decorative art that is primarily European and America spanning from the 1300s to the present. Until 2005, it was known as the Elvehjem Museum of Art, but a recent expansion has seen not only a name change but also incredible growth in the museum's ability to display not only its own pieces but also run temporary art exhibitions. It is located on the University of Wisconsin-Madison campus, north of Brittingham Park.
